1. All items are sold as is where is. Written and oral description are our opinion and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. We provide a preview time for your careful inspection.
If after examining an item you have any doubts about the item we would strongly urge
you to not bid on the item in question. We do not give refunds. No statement written or
oral by the owners or employees of the auction company shall be deemed a warranty
or assumption of liability by the auction company or by any seller represented by the
auction company.
2. At the completion of a successful bid as the highest bidder you immediately become
the owner of the goods, merchandise and or personal property. We strongly urge you to
take custody of your items. We are not responsible for any loss you may suffer after the
item is sold.
3. Payment must be made by cash, Mastercard/Visa or approved check with proper
ID (Buyers unknown to us must provide proof of credit prior to auction day. NO
EXCEPTIONS!!) All checks are subject to verification and we reserve the right to hold
purchase until check clears. Purchases must be paid for before leaving the premises.
4. Absentee and phone bids are accepted and will be executed by an employee of Wilson
and Terry Auction Company.
5. A 10% BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE ADDED TO EACH PURCHASE AS PART OT THE
PURCHASE PRICE. UNLESS EXEMPT PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO NC SALES TAX.
6. The auctioneer is the sole arbiter in the event of a disputed bid. The auctioneer my
reopen the bidding at his or her discretion.
7. All items will be sold to the highest bidder without minimum or reserve, however the
auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bId deemed inappropriate. The owner(s) of
the items, his or her representative and the auctioneer are not allowed to bid on the
items offered for auction.
8. All items must be picked up the day of sale. Items not picked up day of sale may be
picked up on the day following the auction between 9 am and 1 pm or at other times by
appointment. Items left for more than ten days are subject to a $10.00 per day, per item
storage fee. Items left over 30 days will be sold for storage fees.
9. Announcements made during the sale supercede and take precedence over any
previous announcements or advertisements.
